The Youth Program provides high school students in the Cicero and Berwyn area with a dynamic and supportive environment that fosters academic success, college and career readiness, cultural expression, and community engagement. Serving an average of 15 youth per day, we offer academic support through tutoring and mentoring, ensuring students stay on track with their studies. Our college and career readiness initiatives guide participants in exploring post-secondary opportunities, from college applications to career pathways.Through cultural expression activities, students celebrate their identities and creativity, fostering a sense of pride and belonging. Lastly, we encourage community engagement by connecting youth with local service projects and leadership opportunities, empowering them to make a meaningful impact in their community.
