Corazon Community Services Appoints New Executive Director.
(Cicero, IL) – Corazón Community Services, a trusted organization among youth and families in the community, dedicated to improving the quality of life for children, youth and families through effective, life-improving programs, is pleased to announce the appointment of Martin Nava as its new Executive Director, effective January 20, 2026.
In this role, Nava will lead the organization’s strategic direction, operations, and community impact, bringing over 15 years of experience leading large-scale community outreach, building national partnerships, and advancing HR strategy. “We are delighted to welcome Martin as our new Executive Director,” said Andrea Mireles, Board Chair. “His extensive experience in expanding health and wellbeing initiatives across nonprofit, clinical, and national association sectors and his deep commitment to drive impact and lead by example makes him the right leader to guide Corazón into its next chapter.”
Prior to joining Corazón, Nava served as the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility at Trilogy Behavioral Healthcare, where he led the development and implementation of DEIA strategy and culture transformation–strengthening leadership capability, employee engagement, and organizational trust. He holds a Master of Science in Health Communications from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Loyola University, with a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.

Founded in 2003, Corazón Community Services is a community-focused impact 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving the Latinx community and others in the Cicero/Berwyn area by means of effective, life-improving programs.
