HEALTH SERVICES

Corazón Community Services' Health Education Program delivers an evidence-based curriculum to youth aged 11 to 18 across local schools in Illinois, with the goal of preventing teen pregnancies and reducing the spread of sexually transmitted infections (STIs). The program provides comprehensive, age-appropriate sexual health education that empowers young people with the knowledge and skills to make informed decisions. In addition to classroom instruction, the program offers free and confidential HIV and STI testing services in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. It also includes prevention and intervention support aimed at promoting healthy behaviors and strengthening community well-being through education, outreach, and accessible care.
